How it works

Indiana DWD reimburses 50% of a new hire's wages during structured on-the-job training (up to 75% by documented exception), for contracts up to 26 weeks. Wage floor $13.50/hr, $15.00 recommended. Your WorkOne business services rep writes the contract.
