Your email, name, and (for employers) organization name when you create an account. Your saved Atlas journey if you choose to sync it. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe, we never see or store card numbers.
Run your account, sync your journey, send transactional email about your subscription. If you opted in at signup, two more things, each separately consented: Invest Hamilton County updates (marketing), and recognition across our own tools (so InvestAbility or a partner portal can greet you instead of asking you to start over). Withdraw either anytime by emailing us. No advertising networks, no cross-site tracking, no sale of data, no cookies beyond the session.
Your Atlas toolkit (your resume including work history and contact details, interview practice notes, the names you wrote in your referral list, and your cover letters) stays on your device unless you explicitly choose "Save across devices." If you do, it's stored with your account so you can pick up on any device, a library computer, or in a coaching session. Only you see it: never program staff, never partners, never sold, never used to train anything. One click ("Erase cloud toolkit") deletes the saved copy and keeps everything on your device.
We count pages, never people: aggregate counters by day, page, and audience type, with no user or session identifiers, plus privacy-preserving cookieless analytics (Plausible) when enabled. Nothing here can reconstruct an individual's path.
We never show one employer's information to another. We never score or identify individuals in employer analytics, talent pools are aggregate, always. IHC does not track people.
